How do we create a space for your best work life? When designing office campuses, you want spaces that stimulate creativity so that employees do their best work. As a designer, it is important to understand the customers arrival experience, as this may be the first impression as you enter the campus and this will in turn set the tone before they enter the lobby.
When designing an office campus, we want the spaces to be accessible to all and spaces that people can go to during the work day. We spend 8 hours or more at work during the week and we want to enhance the pedestrian circulation, drop off sequence, sitting areas, engage nature with trails and benches, patios and outdoor lunch areas, so that we all live our best life.

I will develop concept for the site that preserves as much of the existing vegetation and at the same time creates an aesthetically pleasing and functional walkway through the woods like I did on this project. In order to understand which trees we are going to preserve, I will develop a preliminary grading plan that will clearly depict which trees we will be able to preserve and at the same time, create walkways that are ADA compliant.

Do you need an outdoor patio for your employees? I can design a space that is an extension of the interior and will engage the existing natural environment, as I did for this project. Adding an amenity like this at your building is a great way for your employees to go outside and enjoy nature during lunch.

Are you looking to renovate an existing building? I can help you layout the parking, facilitate drop off, and add in new landscape to the building. We will look for opportunities on the site for your employees or patients as we did on this project. In the nook of the building is a patio for the employees and a relocated memorial garden for everybody to enjoy.

Once the design is completed, I will produce a final color rendering for your use. In this case, we wanted to show all of the existing trees we were saving and how many new trees we were going to be planting along the walkway.
